I am a Port Vale supporter, who has been following England home and away since 2006.
I am also a qualified Level 1 football coach, helping to change the lives of players with learning disabilities at Oxford City FC through football.
I have written articles for the England match-day programme, been a subject of many articles in the Oxford Mail, as well as regularly featuring on BBC Oxford as their ‘England Super-Fan’ to share my thoughts on the National side.
Following England with my Dad, we have seen the highs (winning 4-1 in Croatia in 2008), and the lows (drawing 0-0 with Algeria in 2010). We have been on day trips to Russia, long haul trips to Kazakhstan, and shot hops over the border to Wales supporting England.
We have followed England at two major tournaments – the World Cup in South Africa in 2010 and the European Championships in Ukraine and Poland in 2012.
I am currently planning out adventure to Brazil for the 2014 World Cup, during which we will take in England’s three group games.
